The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is no access to the garage as the owner used it as personal storage (we provide off-street parking on the driveway). Just notice there’s around 10 steps at the stair before the entrance.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Our family enjoy celebrating Christmas together here, there were lots of pros about our visit. House was spacious, great locale, all the kitchen gear needed, management point of contact was very responsive, comfy beds & pillows.
My review would have been 5 star except for 2 issues. On day 2 of a 5 day stay late at night the thermostat burned out something & was dead. I immediately contacted Allen & was great at responding to all my messages regardless of the time. However the house felt like a sauna for the duration We were grateful the furnace was still working but had to open lots of windows & found the furnace vents in the living room that were covered by rugs. It seemed odd to us that no one was sent to the home to fix this over the following days while we were at the house. As a home owner I would have wanted it fixed right away.
Secondly at least 3 of the top 4 outside steps up to the front door are in need of repair/replacement. They felt wobbly. Safety is important. p

Comfortable Lodging for Crew working out of town.
Very comfortable lodging for crew working out of town. Timely communications with property owner. Definitely would recommend! We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Monroe. We had a previous AirBnB booked but it canceled last minute and we scramble to find this place. The host worked with us and the situation we were in and really came through for us. With multiple families coming together from many States we were able to relax and feel at home in this lovely home. The host was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. We needed a place for our off-road race team to stay for a nearby event, and Allen's home was perfect so the guys could spread out, cook meals, shower, and rest comfortably between races. Allen was wonderfully responsive and gave such clear instructions and recommendations. We would not hesitate to stay again. We also needed an extra night added at the last minute and since it just so happened to be available, we were able to add that easily. The guys had such a great stay! Thank you so much!
