* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Allen was quick to solve questions. We had a couple issues that he is committed to fixing. The location is easy to get to and convenient to amenities. The rooms are individually heated so the couple of bedrooms we didn't use, we didn't heat. The TV system was not set up for accessible viewing, it runs very slow and hard to get into the offered streaming services. Local and cable is not offered, so no football on New Years! Beds and linens were all comfortable. Great table space for our family gatherings. It's a great place to spend time with your family. It had a nice backyard and many rooms. Rafael
