* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

We loved the convince to all the local attractions and easy access to the highway. Allen's home was BEAUTIFUL. Soooo cozy, welcoming, great vibes. Everything was so clean and I loved the slippers provided. Spacious and huge comfortable beds. And I loved the Zen Room! One of the best stays I've ever had. I'll always make sure to book Allen's place when visiting Seattle. And thanks for the kindness and hospitality Allen! This is a fantastic getaway. The host have put alot of thought into providing higher end amenities. The bathroom is remodeled nicely, great shower, double sunk, heated lamps. The beds are very comfortable and quality as are the pillows. The hot tub and sauna are definitely a great add and make the stay extra enjoyable. Lastly there is a unique vibe with the decorations and meditation room. Heather

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured and described. The place had a very relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful sauna and hot tub and I really enjoyed the decor. The meditation room was perfect for some yoga! There were a lot of really thoughtful touches throughout the entire place. During my stay, we lost power due to a windstorm and Allen Lu was really good at giving me updates and information as he got it about when the power would come back on. He was very quick to respond to any questions, and very communicative throughout my stay. The apartment was very quiet and located on a peaceful street close to a walking and biking trail. It is a basement apartment so I could sometimes hear movement and footsteps upstairs during the day, but it was never disturbing and the upstairs tenants were very respectful and quiet at night. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and Allen Lu was a wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again!
