Our family friendly home is right next to the famous BG trial.
The focal point is the spacious living room with 15 feet high ceiling, wet bar, and abundant natural light. it’s designed for you to relax.
The house also features 3 view decks from every level with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy the stunning views of Lake WA with your lovely ones here!

*. Steps disclosure: 4 stairs at entrance. This is a 4 stories single family house and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

This house worked well for our family of 6. Enough bedrooms and space. We had friends over for dinner one night and the common space worked well for hosting. The owner communicated very well throughout our stay and was very helpful. Bridget

Fantastic host., HUGE HOUSE ❤️ They accommodated us last minute and were very responsive House was amazing and ideal for a good sized group. We had family over for pizza the day before a wedding and everyone was amazed! The three lanai’s were awesome and having a home gym was pretty cool. Tons of parking and literally steps from a great walking/biking/hiking trail!
There were two minor maintenance items and Allen had them fixed super quick. For what you get (4,500 square feet and a lake view off three different lanai’s), this place is really a bargain compared to getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms…and the kitchen was surprisingly well outfitted.
