This ensures that our customers can enjoy a pristine and safe swimming experience with confidence. We kindly request that you refrain from draining water or adding any chemical disinfectants without prior permission. Your cooperation helps maintain the pool’s high standards and the well-being of all our guests.
*. Please note that the jacuzzi next to swimming pool is not working.
*. The swimming pool utilizes solar panel heating (not gas heating). As a result, the swimming pool water temperature may not be as warm during the autumn and winter months.
*. Steps disclosure: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the first floor; 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 full bathroom on the second floor.
*. AC Disclosure: Central AC for the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

Our stay was fantastic. Had all the amenities we needed! Neighbors were quiet and kind. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation in the area! 5 stars!
Had everything we needed for multiple people staying for events there on our side. Loading and unloading gear and equipment was easy and have plenty of space for our stuff. Would be good to get that place again if we need to surge guys out there. The house is really spacious and was very clean upon our arrival. Only the pool area could have been tidied up a little bit more.
Allen is really quick in reacting to issues. Unfortunately there was a little misunderstanding in the beginning but another occasion with a missing hairdryer was solved immediately.
The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.
The solar heating for the pool isn't really effective, so that the water temperature in mid october was very cold. Also some deck chair cushions would have been nice. The balcony was very neat and enjoyable though.
