Guest access
You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, a very spacious bedroom with queen size bed, the shared laundry room in the garage and the shared backyard (with owner), and all the spaces you see in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

Finally, this neighborhood is situated next to one of the many Bellevue hiking trails, providing residents with an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air, all while getting in a bit of exercise. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Great place to stay with beautiful forest trails within walking distance. It was ideal for my two week stay as it was also nearby my place of work. The place is as described and shown in pictures. Allen was very quick to respond to questions and directions initially from the airport.
