* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have one night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Step Disclosure: There are more than 15 steps in front of the entrance. Elders with knee problems should be aware.
* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.
House Rules and Guidelines:
• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.
• Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.

The Airbnb had some positives, but also a few downsides that impacted the overall experience. On the good side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen had a decent amount of utensils, street parking was ample, and the TV was a good size for relaxing. Communication with the host was also very timely, and they were quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
However, there were several issues. The couch was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that my wife’s back is still hurting. There were no basic cleaning supplies like a vacuum or broom, which made it difficult to keep things tidy. The fridge kept leaking water, so we had to place paper towels under and around it. Privacy was also a concern, as Amazon deliveries for other nearby units kept coming to this house. One day, a handyman spent about five hours doing general repairs, making the space feel even less private.
Overall, it was a decent stay with some good features, but the inconveniences made it hard to fully will book again if going to Seattle. Thanks!
