*. Steps disclosure: This is a 4 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

This property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, conveniently located near the downtown area and local amenities. Note that the four-story design may present accessibility challenges for those with mobility limitations. One of the bed is positioned near the house's entrance, compromising privacy, temperature control, and soundproofing. In general, the property still offers a modern and comfortable living environment.
