The home is separated into lower unit (A) and upper unit (B). Each unit ensures top-notch privacy with a shared front entrance leading to secure, individual entrances for each unit.
Unit B (upper unit) is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is no access to the garage but there are 2-3 assigned outdoor parking spots.

We had a pleasant stay here. Everything we needed in a rental was there. Our host is very kind and very very responsive to our communications. The place feels safe and quiet and there's plenty of parking which is always a plus. Our family spent 4 nights at Allen's place in Kirkland over the holidays - the location was great, private, with easy walking to the waterfront and downtown Kirkland. Even though there are people who live in downstairs apt, we never saw or heard them. Would definitely stay here again! Allen was very responsive and the home was as advertised. It was very clean. The TV is huge and Allen quickly helped us access YouTubeTV. The couch is a bit small and not very comfortable but otherwise the furnishings were great. The beds were very comfortable.
