We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
There are 2 cottages on the lot, Unit A is the one in the front. Both are completely private and don’t share any wall or other space.

*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the living room, no other AC but only tower fans are provided in the bedrooms.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

The location is convenient, the bed was comfortable and the house is clean. The only things I would note is the lack of comfortable seating in the home to relax and the road noise. There is a nice kitchen table with chairs and bar stools, however, the small couch small and not very comfortable to sit on. The house does sit on a main neighborhood road so there is car noise which the host can not control but felt it worth noting for those that are light sleepers. The host is very nice and responsive!! Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable. Loved every bit of it. Allen was responsive, clear, professional, and kind. Never had an issue or worry.
