Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Well done!
We were very pleased with how easy it was and everything seemed new. The house was as clean as can be and the linens all great. Kitchen could do whatever was needed. The only challenge was the street was a bit noisy but with some white noise, I slept well in a comfortable bed. Coffee shop (the Scene) just two blocks away with great coffee and a great vibe and Honor Mexican restaurant was excellent. Brandon David
