*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by other guests.

*. Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Amenities
This suite is in the back of the house, like an in-law suite, with sufficient space for my weekend trip. Facing the view right at the entering patio was a relief and gave a feeling of the “get-away”. The room was homy, and yet has the right amount of minimalism that again provides the relaxing and simple life style. Love to have the breakfast with the view in the heart of Queen Anne. I had a wonderful stay. 100% recommended.
The place is beautiful, clean and spaceful, just like in the pictures.
I had all I needed at the kitchen to cook full meals, delicious coffee, great bed, big TV, great details in the bathroom.
Host is very responsive and quick, provided great local recommendations.
I would definitely come back, and I have already booked to know another place from the same host! We had a great stay overall. The location is lovely, close to a park for nice walks, though you’ll need to drive a short distance to get downtown if that’s your destination. The place was decently clean and comfortable. The only downside was noisy neighbors upstairs who were sliding furniture around after 11:30 pm, making it hard to sleep. Thankfully, the noose quieted down after a timely response from Allen when it was reported. Otherwise, everything was as expected. Great stay. Audrey

We absolutely loved staying at Allen’s place while we were in Seattle. Queen Anne is an incredible location and Allen beyond proactive with communication. It was such a seamless experience. I would highly recommend staying here!
