*. Steps disclosure: There are 10 steps of stair at the entrance. The stair from main floor to 2nd floor is steep. You need to be comfortable with stair to stay here.
*. AC Disclosure: Only 1 mini-spilt AC on the 2nd floor bedroom. No AC in other bedrooms or living room. However, fans are provided.
*. Parking : There are 2 assigned outdoor parking spots in the back of the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

We were in Seattle for the open heart surgery of our grandson at U of WA Medical Center Montlake. This Airbnb is within 2 miles of the hospital making it a wonderful option 4 us. Having this house to come to after long days at the hospital met our needs & beyond. The parking spaces were an added bonus! We found everything there as advertised. The reason for the "4" describing the neighborhood was due to trash being allowed to collect near trash cans on the alley side of the house which perhaps is beyond the control of the Airbnb owner. After being there for 9 nights we left feeling very thankful for successful surgery as well as having found this Airbnb. Samantha

The house was fine and having parking was a major plus. I can see where it would be good for people with kids. I am very sensitive to synthetic fabrics and scents and was disappointed to find both in the bedding. I will say that when I complained the management company did offer a solution. They also didn’t have the heat on when we checked in so you may want to ask them to turn it on before you get there because it was 42 degrees in there and freezing for hours. Overall I’m just noticing recently so many airbnbs that are generic and have low quality kitchen supplies, furniture and bedding (think Ikea and Amazon basics) but the pictures look great. Fair warning, it’s not a bad house they’re just not going out of the way to ensure high quality and comfort. Great stay for the price and the house was exactly as advertised. Allen was very communicative and helpful whenever we had questions.
