*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
While the dock is private, we share this with one neighboring family behind our home. They occationally come in holidays and during the summer the access the lake. They are very friendly and great neighbors!

My mom, nephew, and I truly enjoyed our stay at Allen’s Lake House. They truly covered every aspect of what a guest would need to make themselves at home. The ducks on the deck definitely made it seem like we were in a completely different place. This home was everything and more than what we could have imagined. The listing was set in a great place to rest and unwind while partaking in work activities. The attention to detail to give the guest a 5-star stay was evident. The house was an incredibly restful and beautifully furnished. The location on the lake, with the windows looking out on the water made our time so peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We hope to stay again in the summer months when we can swim in the lake!
