Wallingford is a vibrant residential area on Lake Union's north shore, with this beautiful townhouse situated in the heart of it all on bustling 45th Street, surrounded by diverse restaurants and nightlife venues. Public transit makes it easy to reach Downtown, Fremont, and Ballard. Woodland Park Zoo is a short walk away, and Gas Works Park is a short drive away offering stunning views, sailing, and picnicking opportunities. Shopping, farmer's markets, and food trucks make this an appealing area for families.

*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance. This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC, 1 AC in the top floor master bedroom, 2nd AC in the living room. No AC but only tower fans are provided in other bedroom.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

great location, parking was a lil tricky. late at night it felt like Russian roulette, but otherwise a great stay. Great place. Very convenient to the freeway and the university. Would definitely stay again. This was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed in. It is clean and very well kept. There is plenty of space for a family, even if everybody is at home. We noticed two minor issues when we checked in, and Allen had his handyman take care of them within an hour or two. Allen was very communicative and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Many rooms have their own thermostats, so family members who prefer different temperatures can all be comfortable. The neighborhood is safe with plenty of street parking; we were always able to find a place to park on the same block as the house. The location is ideal, just a few blocks from I-5, minutes from U-Dub and 15-20 minutes from downtown and Seattle Center. There are many restaurants with all sorts of cuisines on 45th within 5 blocks, along with a pharmacy and supermarket. We were very pleased with our experience at Allen's townhouse and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. We will be staying there on our next visit. Faramarz

Allen was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. His communication was prompt, professional, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Airbnb itself was perfect; spotlessly clean, private, and ideally located. It offered convenient proximity for driving to our destinations while also being within walking distance of great restaurants just a few minutes away.
The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a stunning rooftop with panoramic views of Seattle which was a true highlight of our stay. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future. Thank you, Allen, for an amazing experience!
