Welcome to our designer sanctuary, a stone's throw from DT Seattle. Our luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a sunlit basement-turned-living-space and office-ready workstations for two. In the heart of a peaceful community, it's minutes from vibrant shops, delectable dining, and serene parks.
Explore Lake Washington Boulevard, stroll to Leschi, relax at Coleman Park, or sunbathe at Mt Baker beach.

There will be around 20 steps in front of the house. Be aware of it if climbing stairs is an issue for you.

*. Steps disclosure: 15+ steps at the entrance. This is a basement unit of a single-family house with separate entry.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay. There is no shared space.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

Great place to stay while we were in Seattle. Very spacious with all the amenities we needed for our extended stay. Home was in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the lake and mountains and in within walking distance to the lake and Leschi Market.
Allen was very responsive!
Would stay again if in Seattle and recommend this Airbnb! Place was great, he was very responsive to all our requests will defiantly booked his place again. Madalene

This home is one of my favorites I’ve ever stayed in. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. And the views were so nice. You could literally see the beautiful Mr. Rainier from the front door on a clear day. I’d definitely stay here again. Alexys

This place was a nice, quiet stay, located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood! I wish I had more time to walk around the neighborhood as it was so beautiful. The space was clean and the host provided a great manual that made check-in and check out a very smooth and easy process!! I would highly recommend this place and had a very positive experience!
