* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9 pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and free of clutter with plenty of available amenities. Was missing a remote for upstairs TV, but we were too tired to watch TV at night anyway. Lots of stairs, but a very nice place to call our home base for the week. Would definitely stay again! Avetik

Very clean, spacious house. Would recommend to stay here anyone that’s in town. Such a great experience at his place! Great house with plenty of space and everything you could need! Allen was very responsive through the entire process. Awesome host and awesome experience. Will be staying here again if we visit the Seatle area in the future!
