*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by the owner. You may hear some noise from upstairs from time to time.
*. The entrance of the unit is in the backyard. There is a small slope and few steps in the backyard. It might be challenging for elderly.View More
Amenities
Great location, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Very responsive host. Wonderful place with only a couple issues, ants and cooking items! They had a pretty big ant issue for the first 3 days. All over in the food, in coolers zipped upped with food. We had to throw some food out and put everything into the fridge. Owner dropped off some ant killer for us to put out after a few days. We didn’t cook much at all because it was just too hard. They also didn’t have any pizza trays or cookie sheets, which I found odd. Otherwise the place is very roomy, cute, and comfortable. Great communication and very helpful host! I only have one suggestion besides a cookie tray, a sidewalk. A sidewalk would be a wonderful edition for those older or unsteady on their feet! Heavy luggage is a bit hard to get down to the entrance so a sidewalk would be a huge advantage. Thank you so much for everything! We were looking for a peaceful and private sanctuary, & Allen's place delivered. He was very responsive to our requests (earlier check-in, thermostat adjustment), and it was perfect for our needs. We'll stay there again when we're in the area.
