*. The basement guest would have to use the steps next to the garage to access to their unit. You may see they in the front yard. But they don't have access to the porch, nor the backyard.

Beautiful place — we had a great stay. Wanted to give 5 stars, but could not because of the basement apartment being rented at the same time. We paid a big premium for this place for the lake and Mt. Rainer views and it is spectacular. However, first day we were there, guest checking into the basement apartment approached us on the porch. Showed him where to go which requires walking in front of the porch which is quite awkward. He proceeded to smoke a ton of weed in the basement and made the upstairs absolutely reek. When I complained, he said the person had not checked in (untrue, the cleaner was still there, so he must have gone in while it was still unlocked) and "It's possible that the smoke could be coming from someone outside on the sidewalk." This infuriated me. Then at 10:30 pm on Friday night another person knocked on the front door looking for the basement apartment, scaring us to death. Then, they complained about us making too much noise because we were walking around and talking. That is ridiculous. Michael

The kitchen is fantastic and the views are too. Plenty of space in the house and in an area with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. Z

Amazing stay!
Easy processes, great host! Anytime we needed something they responded really fast! The pictures on the app were the same in person beautiful stay would definitely recommend!
