We can review individual owners and multi-unit portfolios in Greater Seattle, including apartments, townhomes, and houses suitable for furnished stays of 30 nights or longer.
What does the management agreement cover?
The scope, fees, furnishing costs, owner access, reporting, and each party’s responsibilities are discussed for the property and documented before work begins.
Can I submit a property outside Seattle?
