Our inquiry forms collect the contact information and housing or property details you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, find relevant options, and discuss your stay or partnership. Please do not include medical records, payment card details, or other sensitive documents in these forms.

How requests are handled

Submitted inquiries are stored in our website’s database and sent to our team’s internal notification service. Our hosting provider processes technical request information to operate the site and limit automated submissions.

Email updates

Marketing updates are optional. The housing form records your choice separately from your inquiry. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

Maps, reviews, and booking

Map and review features load information from external services. Booking searches take you to the STAYOO Homes booking website or the Cloudbeds booking service used by STAYOO Suites. Those services process the search details you submit and have their own privacy practices.

For questions about information submitted through this site, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email bd@stayoo.com. Include enough information for us to identify your request without sending sensitive documents.
