When you contact us

Our inquiry forms collect the contact information and housing or property details you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, find relevant options, and discuss your stay or partnership. Please do not include medical records, payment card details, or other sensitive documents in these forms.

How requests are handled

Submitted inquiries are stored in our website’s database and sent to our team’s internal notification service. Our hosting provider processes technical request information to operate the site and limit automated submissions.

Understanding how you found us

During your visit, we keep the first page you opened, the referring website’s domain, and any campaign labels in this tab’s session storage. If you send an inquiry, we save those details and whether you used the page or floating form with your request. This helps us understand which pages bring relevant housing inquiries. We do not store full referring URLs or send the contents of your inquiry to an advertising analytics service. The form works if session storage is unavailable.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Umami measure visits and actions such as opening or completing a form. We send page paths and event categories, not the name, email, or message you type. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the website or send a request.

Email updates

Marketing updates are optional. The housing form records your choice separately from your inquiry. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

Maps, reviews, and booking

Map and review features load information from external services. Booking searches take you to the STAYOO Homes booking website or the Cloudbeds booking service used by STAYOO Suites. Those services process the search details you submit and have their own privacy practices.
